Goes great with pasta
I've used the canned black truffles with mushrooms before and decided to try a variety pack, as well as the truffle sand mushroom sauce. I have put the truffles on pizza and steak and in macaroni and cheese. Delish! You won't be disappointed.
In a word? Incredible. The flavor this imparts to any dish takes the dish to the next level. Used just a bit into seafood stuffed portobello caps over pasta marinara fra diavolo. <3 (Did not have to wash the dishes, they we're already cleaned when they reached the sink.)
The flavor is subtle, and may not pack the punch you desire but it can be put on virtually anything, and not terribly expensive so it’s a good trade off for the price
