Description

Summer truffles are now known and appreciated all over the the world. Picking season goes from May to September. Summer truffles are usually found in limestone terrains, oakwoods and pinewoods.

Classic recipe is the summer truffle sauce adding the grated summer truffles to warm olive oil (warm but not boiling), a touch of garlic, salt and pepper. This sauce is used on bruschettas, spaghetti, meat, fish or you can slice on a salad to create a very special dish. Recommended quantity for portion: 1oz.

Product life: 1 to 2 weeks, kept into a refrigerator at 37.5 F (3 C ), wrapped in paper towel.

We recommend consuming the truffles as soon as possible.

To ensure freshness we ship this product only with NEXT DAY Delivery.

SHIPPING INFO:

All fresh truffles orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped out the same day, please check the following options:

- FEDEX NEXT DAY Delivery (shipped out from Monday to Thursday): If you place an order after 3pm (EST) on Thursday, your order will be shipped out next Monday.

- FEDEX SATURDAY Delivery: Ships only on Friday.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping

We ship perishable items (like fresh truffles, caviar, frozen mushrooms, burrata, cream cheese, butter and burger) same day Monday to Thursday if the order is placed by 3pm EST.

For perishable items or combined perishable and non-perishable items we ship Fedex Next Day only. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday or Friday if Express Priority **Saturday delivery is selected (at an extra cost).

To ensure that we send you the freshest possible product, we ship perishable items in a foam isolated box with ice packs specifically designed to maintain full product freshness while in transit.

We strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the delivery, sign for the package, and refrigerate perishable items immediately upon arrival.

For non-perishable we might use Fedex, UPS and USPS and you can choose from the following shipping methods: Ground, 2nd Day, and Standard Overnight.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following Federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico has an extra cost.
