These burgers smelled amazing in the wrapper and were even better tasting. The family loved them
Until now, the greatest burger I ever had was at the iconic P. J. Clarke's in New York City in the 60's. Of course, there were no truffles in that one! Grilled truffle burgers medium-rare, grilled onions, lightly grilled brioche buns, a slather of Urbani truffle ketchup, sliced heirloom tomatoes, crispy Romaine lettuce and a slice of sharp Cheddar cheese...you cannot get a burger better than that!!!!
It is important to have good quality meats and ingredients to make that perfect burger and this fits the bill.
These were truly fantastic! Pan seared with cheddar cheese on a brioche bun. Will certainly purchase again.
These burgers were perfection!!! We couldn’t be happier. A St. Paddy’s day treat was wonderfully indulgent. Highly recommended 😁
We love this product. It’s great on omelettes and on pasta
Just tried it today on my salad. WOW!!! It smells so good & tastes even better!!! Lifelong fan of Urbani truffle oil!!!
You guys Rock! Great product!
Awesome products!! I made pan seared Sea Bass in Champagne Truffle sauce. Here's the recipe
Sea Bass- Using Truffle salt (or regular sea salt) lightly season 2 6oz sea bass fillet - not thicker than an inch and a half each . In a thick cast iron skillet heat canola or any other oil with high smoke point . Please don't use butter or EVOO as it has low smoke point. Add the fillet to the skillet and sear for 4 minutes on each side. Do not move it once you have added it to the skillet until its time to turn it over.
Champagne Truffle Sauce - In a pan heat 2 teaspoons of truffle oil and sauté finely chopped medium sized shallot (about 30 grams) Once shallot is translucent add 1/2 cup dry Champagne and 1.5 tablespoon Champagne vinegar. reduce it to about a third (about 10 min on medium / medium low heat). Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and continue cooking it until the sauce becomes thick enough to coat the back of spoon (about 5-6 minutes). Remove from heat and add 4 tablespoon butter cut into small cubes while continuously stirring the sauce until the butter melts. Add a pinch of sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon truffle oil and stir until its incorporated. Optionally you may also add 2 - 3 teaspoons of finely chopped fresh truffle (I use the bits and pieces left over after shaving the truffle slices )
Plating - Take some creamy mashed potatoes and spread it in the center of the dish to make a circular platform. Pour half the quantity of sauce on and around the mashed potatoes . Place the fillet in the center on top of mashed potatoes. Place shaved truffle slices on the sauce surrounding mashed potatoes. To garnish add a few slices of carrots and some micro greens on top of the fish. Use the remaining half of the sauce for plating the second fillet
With ingredients like sea bass, champagne and the truffles this dish is epitome of luxury :-)
The white truffle oil is extremely tasty and does not have the chemical taste that you get from many other competitors products. Will buy again.
I love this oil. I have tried other truffle oils, and this is by far the best. It would be a good compliment to so many foods: rice, salad, sourdough bread, a dipping oil for French bread, The list of food to is endless that it would go with.❤️
Oh my goodness. This tastes & smells soooo good. We used it as soon as the box was delivered. Can't wait to use it more!!
Have used it to make pasta sauce, cook the pasta, and a dipping sauce for bread! Will be buying more!
Such a great quality truffle oil. A little goes a long way. My morning scramble will never be the same!
We've never tried truffle anything. As a treat to ourselves, to try something new that we've wanted try try for some time now, we decided to get summer truffles; with matching truffle oil, and salt. We've used it in a variety of dishes throughout the week and it was AMAZING!!! We started with a burger and fries... Best burger and fries I've ever had. I get the hype about truffles. Loved it. Incredible flavor and the smell was.... Wow! The shipping time was great and the condition of our package was well done too. We're very happy with the whole experince. Which is why it took so long to post our review. We were too busy eating great food. I can't wait to try more when winter truffle season starts.
I’d been looking for these chips in my local store, but they only had other flavors. I was so excited to find them here and they are yummy!!! I thought 24 bags would be too much, but I’m now on my second shipment. I’ve even topped them with sour cream, caviar, and chives 😋
These are really good. They have a very strong truffle flavor which I like, but the downside is that aftertaste stays with you for an hour or so after you eat them.
I posted a recipe I used these in on your Facebook page. It was delicious! Crushed Lukes White Truffle Chips on fish fillets.
Urbani Luke’s Crushed White Truffle potato chip fish fillets tonight for dinner.
4 (6-ounce) cod fillets (or other firm white fish)
2 teaspoons canola mayonnaise
⅛ truffle teaspoon salt
1 (2-ounce) package salt and Lukes White Truffle potato chips, crushed
Preheat oven to 400°.
Arrange fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise over top of each fillet; sprinkle evenly with salt. Gently press about 2 tablespoons crushed chips evenly on top of each fillet. Cook fish at 400° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with ranch dressing... maybe, maybe not.
These white truffle chips are the real deal. A little pricey, but so worth it.
Great product, incredible customer service, fast ship. Be back soon...
