I am a beekeeper. I get to try a lot of different honey from my bees, but I can not reproduce the earthy flavor of truffle. When I read " Try it on fresh Mozzarella cheese" you had me.

Got as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loved it! She said it went well on English muffins and even tea!

I eat 1/2 sweet potato for breakfast most days. I tried my sweet potato with some of this truffle honey.....Amazingly delicious!!!
