This is our favorite way to use the truffle butter, smyruffke salt and Burgundy Truffle. Softly scrambled eggs with truffle butter and truffle salt on a croissant....top with shaved and grated truffle.

I love this Mushroom and Truffle Sauce just by itself on a cracker! Perfect snack with a glass of wine before dinner. I’ve tried truffle sauces made with cheese or cream added, but that disguises the delicious, delicate taste of the truffle - this one is just right!

THe white truffle butter is perfect when making soft scrambled eggs, a white truffle pasta with shaved white truffles and parmesan cheese, and so many more truffle based meals. It is also pretty kick-ass on a slice of toasted rye bread!
