Delicious

Very flavorful but when they say small they mean small. Wish the picture had reflected the diminutive size.

Wonderful Black Truffles

As my wife and I are planning an anniversary getaway trip next month, we decided to keep our actual anniversary dinner on the simple side - filet mignon with black truffle béarnaise. Rather than using canned truffles I opted to try yours and they were amazing. I blended one into the sauce and shaved another over the steaks for pop and presentation. Last night I made a Fettuccine Alfredo with black truffle, garlic and shrimp and that too was wonderful. On Wednesday I will be doing a pan seared tomahawk ribeye and remaking the truffle béarnaise for a dinner with friends. Overall very pleased with the taste and quality - will definitely order again.

This is keeping it simple?? Sounds amazing! We are so glad our products could be a part of your celebration.
