I love this Mushroom and Truffle Sauce just by itself on a cracker! Perfect snack with a glass of wine before dinner. I’ve tried truffle sauces made with cheese or cream added, but that disguises the delicious, delicate taste of the truffle - this one is just right!
Wonderful combination of mushroom and truffle flavor, used it in a special spaghetti sauce and it was truly delicious, then used it to make a mushroom sauce to spoon over grilled chicken breast served on angle hair pasta...bon-appetit!
