Muddling Memories x Urbani Truffle are excited to bring to market the first of its kind, Truffle Syrup.
This product was created to showcase the versatility of truffles outside of your pasta and risotto. The recipe utilizes flavors that have been trending in the beverage world (Hibiscus and Vanilla) with the sought-after truffle.
Savory cocktails are on the rise, and many acclaimed establishments around the world are finding ways to add new flavor profiles behind the bar. This product gives bartenders and chefs the ability to combine flavors that are rarely seen together.
Our goal was to find a way to make truffles approachable and available to the everyday consumer who may not have been able to procure real truffles.

Black Truffle and Walnut Old Fashioned
- 2 ounces Whiskey
- 1⁄2 ounce Urbani x MM Brown Sugar & Vanilla Truffle Syrup
- 3 Dashes Black Walnut Bitters
- Pinch, Sea Salt
Combine whiskey, vanilla syrup and black walnut bitters into a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir for 10 seconds and strain into a rocks glass with a 2 inch ice cube. Garnish with roasted walnuts and pinch of sea salt
Hibiscus and White Truffle Highball
- 1 1⁄2 ounces Reposado Tequila
- 3⁄4 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
- 1⁄2 ounce Hibiscus Truffle Syrup
- 1⁄2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower liqueur Club Soda, to Fill
Combine reposado tequila, lime juice, hibiscus truffle syrup, elderflower into a shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 5 seconds and double strain into a Collins glass with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with two dehydrated lime wheel.
