The white truffle butter is a great addition to a fillet and just about anything else too.

I learned about Urbani White Truffle Butter from Ina Garten’s cookbooks and TV shows. I have ordered the pack of four on at least four different occasions and have never been disappointed. We mostly use the butter with sautéed shallots, chopped baby Bella mushroom, peas, and fettuccine, a recipe we adapted from the restaurant, Next 2, in Positano. The flavor and aroma from the white truffle butter is just so delicious. I bought some nice truffle olive oil from a local store, but that flavor doesn’t compare to the Urbani butter in intensity or sheer deliciousness. With the cost of shipping, it is a bit of a luxury, but it is well worth the money.
The truffle butter is awesome. I made Ina Garten’s tagliatelle with truffle butter. It was fabulous! Also, I liked the fact that I could freeze 3 containers for later use. I will order again.
Sautéd chicken and mushrooms with the White Truffle butter and served over pasta. Delicious depth of flavor.

Absolutely delicious. Both the white and black truffle butters are the perfect amount of pungent and flavorful. Opening the white truffle butter was transportive. In two days we've used some of each for amazing meals. Real truffle product that with just a little can make anything flavorful and better. What a treat!
Bought a 2 oz. black Summer truffle for carbonara, along with some black truffle butter. The flavor did not disappoint.

Had a craving for Truffle Tagliatelle ever since I had it at a really nice restaurant...I’ve had some time on my hands lately so I gave it a shot. This truffle butter as a base for the sauce was over the top. Not as good as the fancy restaurant restaurant but certainly scratched an itch. Fresh pasta optional but it does make a difference.
