The main characteristic which distinguishes Urbani infused oils from the others oils in the market, is that in time, the aroma will remain firm and equally intense without loosing its scent.

Hi quality truffle oil, it came directly from Urbani, and it was fresh. The taste is excellent. Works really well in basic egg dishes. This version however, is not as strong as some others I have tried, including Urbani. Just had to use about double what I've used in the past with quality oil.
We used it to make fries and soup and loved it. The flavor is delicate yet characteristic. Worth the splurge.
I’m glad I purchased this. I’ve bought different truffle oils in the past but this one was the best yet. Didn’t need much on my roasted potatoes or on my mushroom sauce. Great Quality and Great taste!

Awesome products!! I made pan seared Sea Bass in Champagne Truffle sauce. Here's the recipe
Sea Bass- Using Truffle salt (or regular sea salt) lightly season 2 6oz sea bass fillet - not thicker than an inch and a half each . In a thick cast iron skillet heat canola or any other oil with high smoke point . Please don't use butter or EVOO as it has low smoke point. Add the fillet to the skillet and sear for 4 minutes on each side. Do not move it once you have added it to the skillet until its time to turn it over.
Champagne Truffle Sauce - In a pan heat 2 teaspoons of truffle oil and sauté finely chopped medium sized shallot (about 30 grams) Once shallot is translucent add 1/2 cup dry Champagne and 1.5 tablespoon Champagne vinegar. reduce it to about a third (about 10 min on medium / medium low heat). Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and continue cooking it until the sauce becomes thick enough to coat the back of spoon (about 5-6 minutes). Remove from heat and add 4 tablespoon butter cut into small cubes while continuously stirring the sauce until the butter melts. Add a pinch of sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon truffle oil and stir until its incorporated. Optionally you may also add 2 - 3 teaspoons of finely chopped fresh truffle (I use the bits and pieces left over after shaving the truffle slices )
Plating - Take some creamy mashed potatoes and spread it in the center of the dish to make a circular platform. Pour half the quantity of sauce on and around the mashed potatoes . Place the fillet in the center on top of mashed potatoes. Place shaved truffle slices on the sauce surrounding mashed potatoes. To garnish add a few slices of carrots and some micro greens on top of the fish. Use the remaining half of the sauce for plating the second fillet
With ingredients like sea bass, champagne and the truffles this dish is epitome of luxury :-)

I really enjoyed the oil and I will have to purchase more very soon. It was very fragrant, full of flavor and my new Netflix Movie treat is air popped corn with White Truffle oil and Truffle salt. Made a amazing White Teuffle Aioli to serve with some leftover fresh white Truffle Risotto fried cakes in Panko crumbs, my sweetie loved them.
I am so excited to write this review. I am suuuch a big fan of truffle and truffle products. I do not know what took me so long to FINALLY order truffle oil for myself. I am nearly through with my first bottle, and am ready for another. I took my time researching which brand to purchase from, as I ordered online due to covid. I started with the 1.8 oz bottle of white truffle oil to test the aroma, flavor and overall ordering experience. 10/10. I'm ordering before I run out. Shipping took about 6 days to reach Los Angeles.
I have made vegan truffle chz, I've used it over salads and in dressings.

We've never tried truffle anything. As a treat to ourselves, to try something new that we've wanted try try for some time now, we decided to get summer truffles; with matching truffle oil, and salt. We've used it in a variety of dishes throughout the week and it was AMAZING!!! We started with a burger and fries... Best burger and fries I've ever had. I get the hype about truffles. Loved it. Incredible flavor and the smell was.... Wow! The shipping time was great and the condition of our package was well done too. We're very happy with the whole experince. Which is why it took so long to post our review. We were too busy eating great food. I can't wait to try more when winter truffle season starts.
Wednesday. 8/19, we were forced to evacuate our home and flee to a hotel about forty miles away.
This was due to wild fires in our neighborhood.
I didn't know of any way to slow/control the delivery
Thursday, 8/20, Our order arrived. on our front porch, while we were 40 miles away.
Today we were allowed to return to our house which is still standing.
All of the products we ordered are in good. shape.
Except the butter.
Which spent at least 24 hours in heat above nighty degrees. The one little ice pack just couldn't handle it.
We love the product.
Just lost some really good butter.

Following the big success from our olive oil to the white truffle, we wanted to add the winter black truffle, the renowned Tuber melanosporum vitt, which gives this oil the peculiarity of a known and unmistakable fragrance.

I had a salad with fresh fruits nuts noodles greens and added a little of the black truffle oil and the flavors exploded in my mouth. This morning being Friday I made a plain omelette for breakfast and added a pinch of the black truffle sea salt, Again the flavors we’re unbelievable.Sorry I don’t have a picture of my salad but I did include one of the omelette not very exciting looking.
