The truffle butter is awesome. I made Ina Garten’s tagliatelle with truffle butter. It was fabulous! Also, I liked the fact that I could freeze 3 containers for later use. I will order again.
This is a tasty and versatile edition of butter. I have used it on potatoes and beef. It adds another layer to the plates.

I use this product to make a truffle and mushroom pizza. I spread it on the dough instead of tomato sauce, add the mushrooms and some cheese and viola! It's a fan favorite in our house. Next, I'm going to try using it as filling in raviolis. I'm pretty sure it's going to be awesome.

with some garlic, red crushed pepper, parsley,capers, roasted in olive oil then added some water and the Black Truffles and Mushrooms sauce, threw in the spaghetti, you got a quick and easy dish but tastes amazinggggg!
Inspired by the amazing cuisine I enjoyed in Milan, I add your truffle sauce to pumpkin filled ravioli and top with grated parmigiano and cracked pepper. The flavors are heavenly.
Of all the brands of truffle salt I’ve purchased state-side, this salt is the best tasting and most aromatic. Just opening the jar will scent your entire kitchen. Service was efficient, even with most companies delaying shipments due to COVID-19, and I received my items in a couple days. You do have to pay for shipping. Well packaged and items were very fresh. I am a professionally trained chef and will buy from Urbani again.

Had a craving for Truffle Tagliatelle ever since I had it at a really nice restaurant...I’ve had some time on my hands lately so I gave it a shot. This truffle butter as a base for the sauce was over the top. Not as good as the fancy restaurant restaurant but certainly scratched an itch. Fresh pasta optional but it does make a difference.
